If you're reading this it means that I trust you enough to share with you one of the most personal projects I have worked on ever. As you might know, my parents spent a lot of money on me through my childhood years to foster my love of music.  Piano, guitar, and singing lessons were very important to me as I was growing up, but also as I headed off into the world it became a frequent outlet for my personal reflection and growth.

This album represents a labour of love that has gone on for nearly 2 decades. I wrote the first of these songs ("Unrequited") when I was only 15 years old. Funny enough, I think it has withstood the test of time.

​

The other songs have come to me sporadically over the years, with some being written in high school ("Here and Now"), university ("Brighter Blue" and "Little Girl"), medical school ("Perfect", "Other Woman", "Make Things Right"), residency ("I know", "Nothing Left to Say", "An Apology", "What I knew"), and now life beyond my training ("In Time", "Here be Dragons", "Ship of Fools").

Each is a capsule of reflections, thoughts, and feelings I had at a point in time. Some of the pieces are written for specific people, although I have never been bold enough to tell them... and shall not name them here.

Have fun listening. I hope you will enjoy listening to them as much as I have had fun writing them.
